Your Role:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our ambitious projects, ensuring that electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge: Coordinate site activities alongside other trades, ensuring seamless operations and high efficiency.
• Quality Oversight: Maintain top-notch quality levels, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure all plant materials meet agreed specifications.
• Safety First: Drive a culture of safety on site, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Effective Communication: Prepare and issue weekly reports, lead toolbox talks, and keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential. Data Centre experience is a bonus.
• Skills: Relevant electrical trade certification, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Passion: A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and delivering exceptional quality in every aspect of your work.
