Your Role:
As our H&S Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll ensure our projects meet the highest safety standards and that every team member goes home safe and sound.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with the ompany Safety Management System and relevant statutory provisions.
• Plan Development: Create and manage construction stage plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safety permits.
• Reporting & Analysis: Conduct H&S reporting, analyze metrics, and keep senior management updated on safety progress.
• Site Inspections: Perform regular site audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions to maintain top safety standards.
• Training & Compliance: Coordinate safety inductions, manage PPE resources, and ensure subcontractors adhere to EHS policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in environmental, health, and safety roles on large construction sites, preferably with data centre experience.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of current EHS legislation and the ability to manage all related issues effectively.
• Skills: Excellent communication, computer skills, and the ability to maintain comprehensive reporting databases.
