Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a cutting-edge data centre construction project? We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team in Gävle, Sweden. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on-site mechanical construction activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your Role:

As the Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be at the heart of this critical project, overseeing all mechanical systems installation and ensuring the project meets tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating mechanical contractors and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitoring and enforcing strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, piping, and other mechanical systems.
• Collaborating closely with the project management team and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges.
• Reporting on-site progress and ensuring timely project delivery.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on data centre or similar mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and cooling systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction setting.
• Willingness to work on a 3-week on, 1-week off rotation in Gävle, Sweden.
