    Your Role:
    As our Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards in mechanical project delivery. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all tasks related to mechanical project construction, from design through to completion.
    • Documentation: Prepare detailed handover inspection reports, test documentation, and operation & maintenance manuals.
    • Commissioning: Coordinate the commissioning of mechanical systems with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality inspections, manage defect resolution, and ensure all installations meet regulatory standards.
    • Client Liaison: Work closely with the construction management team and clients to address installation and quality matters.
    • Reporting: Provide input on quality items in weekly progress reports and attend quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in a similar QA/QC role with a strong mechanical trade background or a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds).
    • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients, and the ability to lead, support, and motivate others.
