Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning activities with a strong focus on health and safety for all stakeholders.
• Champion our Health & Safety policies, integrating them into daily discussions and decision-making.
• Oversee Energy Isolations and Lock Out Tag Out procedures during commissioning activities.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Testing, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared.
• Maintain an issues resolution log, tracking and closing all commissioning-related items.
• Manage the setup and closure of the Commissioning plan for each project.
• Oversee the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with CSA and MEP Quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, ensuring they have the information they need to progress effectively.
• Review and optimize the master construction schedule to enhance program delivery.
• Lead weekly/daily commissioning meetings and provide progress reports.
• Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Compile and verify all Testing and Commissioning documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong time management, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for detail are essential. You should be computer literate, capable of preparing reports, and comfortable administering the necessary paperwork.
Key Qualifications:

• A degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a site-based MEP Commissioning role.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and commissioning practices.
• Proven experience working on hyperscale Data Centres.
• Excellent IT skills to navigate the digital landscape of our projects.
