The role
Due to new project wins and sustained growth, the business is seeking a Senior MEP Commercial Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. This is a key hire supporting a major hyperscale data centre programme, responsible for managing contract compliance, commercial reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a fast-paced construction environment.
Could this role be for you?
- 15+ years’ experience in commercial role
- Qualification in mechanical or electrical quantity surveying ideally
- Experience on large-scale projects. data centres, industrial, pharma, hyperscale, or major infrastructure
- Ability to manage high-value packages within complex construction programmes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a high-pressure delivery environment
