Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interface: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Contractor Management: Engage directly with contractors, handling challenges and ensuring the project stays on track and on budget.
• Full Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the project from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery at each phase.
• Team Management: Motivate and lead a team of internal and external professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

About You: We’re looking for an experienced Project Director with deep expertise in managing mission-critical data centre projects. Key Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data centre construction, with strong expertise in managing complex infrastructure.
• Client and consultancy experience, with a history of leading large-scale, high-budget projects.
• Overseas Experience: You must have worked abroad or relocated for previous projects, with the ability to adapt to a new environment and commit long-term.
• Contractor Management: Proven ability to lead large contractor teams and manage project challenges effectively.
• Full Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated experience overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
