Sales Manager
Regional Channel Manager, Europe
The Regional Channel Manager drives channel engagement across Europe through strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Sales Director EMEA, you will lead partner management, sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across Europe.
- Develop and monitor annual business plans with partners, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Track partner performance through key metrics: sales revenue, pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and lead generation.
- Optimise market strategies to increase product presence and revenue.
- Conduct regular business reviews and align internal teams to meet goals.
- Collaborate with headquarters to identify market trends and gaps.
- Ensure effective use of CRM for accurate sales forecasting.
- Manage partner lifecycle, replacing underperformers to maximize growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of partner management experience across Europe.
- Possess experience with data center whitespace sales, selling into colocation businesses.
- Experience selling Data Center Infrastructure (ideally air containment solutions).
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus), willing to travel extensively to visit customers, and able to work independently.
