Scheduler – Data Centre Construction
Location: Middenmeer, Netherlands

Reports to: Project Controls Manager / Project Director
Role Purpose
The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for a hyperscale data centre construction project. This role ensures that all activities are properly sequenced, resourced, and tracked to support timely delivery and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Integrate schedules across disciplines including CSA, MEP, commissioning, and client milestones.
- Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project controls, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
- Support reporting requirements including dashboards, look-aheads, and earned value metrics.
- Participate in planning meetings and provide schedule insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and client reporting standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in project scheduling, ideally within mission-critical or data centre environments.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle phases.
- Experience with fast-track delivery models and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
Desirable Attributes
- Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract forms.
- Experience integrating schedules with cost and resource data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
