Senior EHS Advisor – Germany (Long-Term Contract)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior EHS Advisor to join a major pharmaceutical construction project in Germany. This is a contract position starting in December 2025, with work secured until March 2027 and strong potential for long-term extension as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day EHS support and leadership across the site.

• Liaise directly with the client and main contractor to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Support and implement site safety programs, audits, and risk assessments.

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure alignment with company and client standards.

• Monitor M&E activities and ensure safe systems of work are maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an EHS Advisor or Senior EHS Advisor on large-scale construction projects.

• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and best practices within construction or M&E environments.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• English-speaking environment – no additional language requirements.

• Experience in data center, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects is beneficial but not essential.

Details:

• Start: 1st December 2025

• Duration: Until March 2027 (with potential for long-term extension)

• Rate: €70-75 per hour (all-in)

• Type: Contract
