About The Role:
- Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders
- Review and interpret technical documents including architectural plans and MEP specifications
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action plans for clear communication
- Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets using scheduling and project management tools
- Assist with client presentations, status reports, and risk identification
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 2-5 years in construction or engineering project support roles
- Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and reading technical drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data center or large mechanical/electrical systems
- Knowledge of project scheduling software beyond MS Project
- Certifications such as PMP or LEED
