The Opportunity

We’re supporting a fast-growing developer delivering next-generation data centre infrastructure
across the US. This is a key site-based leadership role, overseeing delivery of complex, high
value construction projects from ground-up builds through to commissioning.
You’ll act as the on-site authority, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and coordination across all
stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead day-to-day site construction activities on large-scale data centre projects
* Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties
* Monitor programme, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
* Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure high standards across all installations
* Support procurement and manage owner-furnished equipment logistics
* Review progress, reporting on schedule, cost, and performance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
* Support commissioning, handover, and project closeout

What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in commercial or industrial construction (data centre preferred)
* Proven track record managing site delivery on complex builds
* Deep understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and QA/QC
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to read schedules and understand CPM logic
* OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Hands-on, proactive leadership style
