About the Opportunity
Our client is expanding its Mission Critical division and is seeking experienced Senior Superintendents to lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale and colocation data center construction projects throughout the United States.
This position offers the opportunity to oversee technically complex builds while joining a rapidly growing national team delivering some of the industry’s most advanced mission critical facilities.
The Role
The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage daily operations and work closely with project management to execute fast-track mission critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations
- Direct subcontractor activities
- Drive safety and quality performance
- Manage project schedules and sequencing
- Coordinate electrical and mechanical installations
- Oversee logistics and material deliveries
- Manage OFCI/CFCI equipment coordination
- Conduct daily planning meetings
- Maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Lead quality inspections
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents
- Build relationships with owners, consultants and trade partners
- Drive successful project delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Superintendent
- 5+ years delivering hyperscale or colocation data centers
- Experience leading projects valued between $25M-$100M+
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Excellent leadership and scheduling skills
- Ability to travel nationally for extended project assignments
