About The Role:
- Lead site sourcing and power development across multiple pathways including power-first, power-ready land, and brownfield assets.
- Oversee technical diligence process covering power capacity, environmental, zoning, and constructability aspects.
- Secure power through grid interconnection or behind-the-meter solutions, including substations and long-lead equipment sourcing.
- Drive entitlements and permitting processes with local municipalities, utilities, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Manage site-level contractors and OEMs to ensure projects are construction-ready and smoothly transitioned to delivery teams.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in data center or large-scale power/infrastructure site development.
- Deep understanding of BTM generation and grid interconnection, with proven deal closures in each area.
- Strong network in power markets, utilities, land brokers, and equipment OEMs.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing multi-site power and land deals.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background with energy-focused data center companies or real estate development.
- Existing relationships with OEMs like Caterpillar, Cummins, Wärtsilä, or ABB.

- Willingness to travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
