We’re Hiring: Site Superintendent | Mission-Critical Construction
Travel Role (Weekly, M-F, home on the weekends) | Based out of Kansas City, Atlanta, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Remote
We are looking for a Site Superintendent to lead the charge on high-stakes, mission-critical projects – from live system tie-ins to full-scale data center builds.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 8-10+ years overseeing complex construction (mission-critical, industrial, energy, pharma)
Loves translating design into performance on-site
Excels at risk management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Wants to be part of a high-performance, growth-minded team
What you’ll do:
Lead project execution on active construction sites
Develop MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors & designers
Own safety, scheduling, quality, and team dynamics
