    Work remotely across the USA.

    Role:

    They seek a dynamic and results-driven VP of Business Development Data Center Services with a proven track record focusing on sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospects, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

    This position requires experience selling Construction Oversight Services/Owner Representation to Data Center Clients, Data Center Auditing Services, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Representative.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Prospect and research potential clients; generate leads through various outreach methods.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop sales plans, manage pipelines, and work with internal teams.
    • Consultative Selling: Assess client needs, customize solutions, and present value propositions.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure client commitments.
    • Client Management: Build relationships, provide ongoing support, and stay updated on industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred. Relevant experience is crucial.
    • Proven B2B sales success, especially in data center services.
    • Strong understanding of data center technologies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
