MY SPECIALISM
Supporting Data Centre Operators across EMEA hire the leaders who design, build and run their facilities.
To date I’ve made over 150 placements in the sector, supporting operators hiring across the full lifecycle of a Data Centre including Pre-Development, Design, Construction, Engineering and Operations (& more).
Today, I still work exclusively with DC Operators and am focused on a small number of strong partnerships. The best relationships in my experience are built on trust, where clients involve me early in their growth plans, I get to know them personally and I can then help them think about talent strategy before roles reach the market.
The people in my close network today are the leaders shaping the next generation of Data Centre’s across EMEA.
My approach to recruitment has always been simple: treat it as a form of customer service. I aim to build long-term relationships where people enjoy working together, whether they’re hiring a team or considering their next move in the industry.

WHO I AM
I’m at heart a family man with a young son who keeps me on my toes, with boundless energy that I try to keep up with (and find it harder and harder to do so). I split my time between working from home and the office and love the flexibility and variety in what I do. I’ve been with DataX since the very beginning and my claim to fame is that it was me who first suggested the “DataX” name idea (yes, like SpaceX). I’m a massive Southampton FC and Green Bay Packers fan (both equally as painful to support). I also enjoy a spot of golf when I get the chance.
