    CSA Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Project | Finland

    Location: London/Finland (Site-Based)
    Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time
    Salary: Highly Competitive + Tax-Free Per Diem + Accommodation + Flights
    Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
    Rotation: 10:4 (10 weeks on, 2 weeks off) or flexible rotation pattern available


    About the Role

    A leading Tier 1 contractor, renowned for delivering complex hyperscale data centre projects across Europe, is seeking a talented and driven CSA Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major data centre project in Finland.
    This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a technically challenging, mission-critical facility with one of the industry’s most respected main contractors.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all commercial aspects related to Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) packages
    • Prepare, submit, and manage subcontractor and supplier procurement processes
    • Monitor and control costs against budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
    • Support the project team with valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts
    • Conduct regular commercial reporting and cash flow forecasts
    • Engage with the site team to track progress and ensure commercial alignment with programme
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and best practice standards

    Requirements

    • Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent relevant experience)
    • Minimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to CSA packages
    • Previous data centre, high-tech, or complex industrial project experience highly desirable
    • Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (NEC or FIDIC experience beneficial)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment as part of a collaborative team
    • EU Passport or Right to Work in the EU preferred
