Health & Safety Manager – Groningen, Netherlands
Contract Role | Data Centre Project | €45ph (flexible for the right candidate)
We’re seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major data centre project in Groningen. The role will initially run until April 2026, with strong potential for extension through additional project phases (12+ months of further work).

Scope: Small Power & Lighting Package

Rate: €40-45 per hour (negotiable / all-in rate option available)

Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off

Accommodation: 2-bed apartment provided

Travel: Flights and shared fleet vehicle included; 4 flights per month expensed

Team: Multinational workforce – Romanian language skills beneficial but not essential
Requirements:

Proven experience managing health & safety on large-scale construction or data centre projects

Strong understanding of European safety standards and site compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills
