Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring project success through effective leadership, scheduling, quality control, and safety management. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background and a proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project logistics in a fast-paced construction environment.
This position requires a six-day work schedule (Monday-Saturday) and may involve travel or relocation based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the onsite leader overseeing subcontractors, field teams, and day-to-day project operations.

Establish and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all company and regulatory safety standards.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Develop and update two-week lookahead schedules to coordinate field activities and maintain project progress.

Assist in subcontractor selection, procurement, and coordination to ensure timely and high-quality work execution.

Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and administrative records.

Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and designers to resolve field issues and maintain client satisfaction.

Lead daily site coordination meetings and ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Mentor and develop field personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Promote continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving on the jobsite.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.

Proven experience managing electrical scopes on data center or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and electrical systems.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to learn job-specific software quickly.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to travel or relocate as project needs dictate.
