About The Role:

• Own and manage operations at multiple data center sites, leading technical teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Develop maintenance programs, manage work orders, and enforce safety standards to ensure high performance.
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to support project execution and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and performance reviews to maximize operational value.
• Promote a safety-focused culture while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in facility or plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• 7+ years of managerial experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and vendor management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of EPA, city, and state regulations.
• Relevant certifications in facilities management or engineering.
