About The Role:
- Oversee daily engineering and facility operations to ensure safety, reliability, and peak performance of all building systems.
- Lead preventative and corrective maintenance programs, managing work orders, vendors, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, emergency protocols, and Method of Procedures (MOPs).
- Analyze system performance data and coordinate improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Support emergency response and provide hands-on technical support to maintain 100% uptime.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in data center or critical environment operations.
- At least 3 years of team or vendor management experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with CMMS platforms and operational reporting systems.
- Background in infrastructure project management or upgrades.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards.
