We are seeking experienced professionals with MEP or CSA bias to operate as Commercial Managers on hyperscale data centre developments in the Nordics. About The Role:
- Lead commercial activities including contract negotiation, budgeting and financial management for data centre projects
- Oversee procurement processes and manage relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Monitor project costs, forecast financial outcomes and report on project performance
- Ensure contractual and safety compliance across projects
- Collaborate with project teams to secure delivery on time and within budget while maximising commercial outcomes
About You:
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience with MEP or CSA scope of works in hyperscale data centres or similar environments
- Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day commercial activities
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in construction management or commercial roles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with European or Nordic projects and multicultural teams
- Multilingual abilities or additional European work experience
Other Requirements:
- EU passport or right to work in the Nordics due to visa restrictions
- Willingness to travel across Europe on rotation
