About The Role:

• Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for data centre projects
• Oversee contract administration and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Monitor project progress and report on financial performance
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with the project team to deliver on time and on budget

About You:

• 6-8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale or data centre projects
• Experience with MEP or CSA bias in project scopes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in quantity surveying or construction

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hyperscale data centres or similar infrastructure projects
• Additional European work experience or multilingual skills

Other Requirements:

• EU passport or right to work in the Nordics due to visa restrictions
• Willingness to travel on rotation across Europe
