About The Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers and seamless integrations for critical enterprise systems.
- Build secure, scalable API connections with platforms such as Monday.com, NetSuite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams using REST, GraphQL, and OAuth.
- Create permission-sensitive automation workflows that ensure compliance and uphold data integrity.
- Develop workflows for status updates, approvals, data synchronization, and operational tasks automation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify system needs, enforce standards, and deploy reliable, reusable integration solutions.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise API integrations and automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, OAuth, RBAC, and secure credential management.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, programming in Python and TypeScript, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- 5-8 years of experience in backend development, enterprise system integration, or automation engineering.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML integration, MCP, or AI agent workflows.
- Energy or data center industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex workflows into clear, standardized system interfaces.
Other Requirements:
- Up to 10% domestic travel required.
- Relevant industry certifications are a bonus.
