About The Role:
- Design, develop, and operate MCP servers and enterprise tool integrations that enable AI agents to interact seamlessly with business systems.
- Build secure API integrations for systems like Monday.com, NetSuite, SharePoint, Teams, ERP, and internal platforms.
- Implement permission-aware automation that ensures system security, role compliance, and auditability.
- Create agent workflows for status updates, approvals, data synchronization, and operational automation.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to identify workflow needs, standardize integrations, and ensure reliability through modern DevOps practices.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in enterprise API development, system integration, and backend automation.
- Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, OAuth, RBAC, and secure system design.
- Proficiency with Azure, Python, TypeScript, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring tools.
- 5-8 years of relevant software engineering or platform experience, with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with LLM tools, function calling, MCP, and AI agent workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms beyond Azure, such as AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of energy or industrial systems.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.
- Relevant industry certifications (preferred).
