This role sits with a national Master Systems Integrator delivering turnkey BAS + EPMS solutions across hyperscale and colocation data centers for AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Meta.
They operate at program scale, with repeatable delivery standards, tight governance, and serious integration depth (DDC, PLC, SCADA, graphics/UI standards).
You’ll be on projects where compressed schedules are normal, coordination is everything, and “good enough” gets rejected.

The position
- Own delivery across routine BAS/controls projects end-to-end
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and support contract awards
- Drive pre-construction: kickoff, contract/subcontract reviews, setup
- Manage construction execution: MOPs, RFIs, submittals, resource + material forecasting
- Build and run schedules (MS Project / Procore environment)
- Lead project meetings (internal + external)
- Run QA/QC to ensure install aligns to scope + standards
- Coordinate/oversee startup, cutover, pre-functional + functional testing
- Manage closeout and documentation
- Track project financials: budgets, margin, bill rates, utilisation
- Handle change orders and client comms when scope shifts
- Daily reporting with narrative + photo documentation
Could this role be for you?
- 5+ years in BAS/controls, with 2+ years in a PM seat
- Comfortable on open protocols: BACnet, Modbus, SNMP
- Strong with MS Project + Procore (or equivalent tooling)
- Confident dealing with owners, GCs, engineers, subs, and other trades
- Organised, proactive, and effective in a remote setup
- Calm under pressure and able to lead + delegate
- Travel-ready (~20%) and holds a REAL ID or passport
