Commercial Manager – Data Centre (Hyperscale Focus)

Dublin or LONDON – Hybrid working. 25% EMEA travel

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role puts you at the heart of a high-impact team, driving major projects and shaping the future of data centre infrastructure.

As Commercial Manager, you’ll lead the charge on upcoming hyperscale projects, playing a key role in the company’s rapid expansion. If you’re looking for a career-defining move-this is it!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate construction cost estimates from due diligence to IFC design.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain accurate cost databases.
• Lead project funding requests and present to leadership.
• Manage GCs, OFCI vendors, and consultants from tender to final account.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and monthly commercial reporting.
• Support procurement, supply chain development, and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with hyperscale data centre projects across Europe.
• 5+ years in commercial management, cost control, or procurement.
• Experience estimating CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical work packages.
• Proven ability to manage contracts from €1M to €300M.
• Expertise in negotiating contracts with GCs, OFCI vendors, and consultants.
