With a reputation for engineering excellence, innovation, and efficiency, they are now looking for an exceptional CSA Lead to spearhead a major project in Helsinki, Finland.
Your Role – CSA Lead
This is your chance to lead from the front, overseeing Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages on a high-profile, cutting-edge data centre project.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Project Success – Take full ownership of budgets, costs, labour, and performance, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
Lead & Inspire – Oversee CSA activities, drive best practices, and ensure seamless reporting from start to finish.
Client Engagement – Work closely with key stakeholders, delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Champion Safety – Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all HSE protocols are followed to the highest standards.
Quality Excellence – Monitor and exceed project quality targets, ensuring best-in-class delivery at every stage.

✅ Degree in Construction or Engineering
✅ Proven experience leading CSA packages in a contracting environment
✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
