The company
I am working with a market leading general contractor that is establishing a new data centre team around the Dublin area for a number of secured and long term hyperscale projects.
The position
As the CSA Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for internal fit out, looking after whitewall floors, admin fitout, MEP install from a project/contracts manager point of view. You will be part of overall senior management team, in charge of coordinating design, schedule, procurement, QA/QC and more.
This is for brand new hyperscale data centre project in Dublin.
Could this role be for you?
- Experience with a main contractor
- At least 6+ years’ experience in the construction market
- Fit out and CSA experience is necessary
- Data Centre/Pharma/Mission Critical experience ideally
- HNC/HND/ Degree in Project Management or equivalent
- Happy to travel when necessary
