About The Role:
- Lead the design, coordination, and implementation of building management, security, and network systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system integration and performance.
- Review and validate design documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project goals.
- Manage vendors and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify risks and ensure all systems meet security, safety, and operational requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in data center construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of BMS, physical security systems, and network infrastructure.
- Proven vendor management and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and system integrations in mission-critical settings.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Lenel, Genetec, or similar security systems.
- Knowledge of data center design standards and industry best practices.
Other Requirements:
- On-site work near Lubbock, Texas.
