Design Operations Manager – Mission Critical Consultancy

We’re hiring a Design Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing Consulting Services team within a leading mission critical consultancy.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead, coach and manage a team of Associate Engineers

• Oversee resource planning, capacity, and project delivery

• Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and H&S standards

• Manage commercial performance and contract milestones

• Support with client engagement, budgeting, and design tool optimisation

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class data centre design solutions from concept through to commissioning.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership in engineering/design teams

• Strong commercial and resource management skills

• Deep understanding of mission critical/data centre environments

• Experience in design management is a strong advantage
