Electrical Package Manager – General Contractor
Location: Norway
Rate: €7000 net per month + expenses covered
Contract Duration: Long-term

Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Valid EU Passport/Right to Work Required

About The Role:

• Manage the full electrical scope for three data centre buildings
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and ensure on-time project delivery
• Supervise and mentor site teams and subcontractors
• Liaise with client and main contractor to meet project milestones
• Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards

About You:

• Proven experience in data centre projects
• Background in Main Contractor or General Contractor roles, or specialist data centre contractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex electrical installations
• Full package delivery experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large-scale construction logistics in Norway or Scandinavia
• Relevant electrical certifications or safety training

Other Requirements:

• EU passport or right to work in the EU required
• Willingness to travel and stay onsite for the rotation period
