We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major data centre project in the Netherlands.
This opportunity offers the chance to work on a high-profile hyperscale project for one of the world’s leading tech companies. Initially offered as a temporary contract, this role also has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and promote health & safety compliance across all site activities
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with project safety procedures and local regulations
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations
• Lead incident investigations and support corrective action implementation
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams
• Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain a strong safety culture
• Drive continuous improvement in H&S performance across the project

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Health & Safety Advisor or Senior H&S Advisor on large-scale construction projects
• Previous data centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and best practices
• Experience working on fast-paced, high-value projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must hold a valid EU Passport
• Relevant H&S qualifications/certifications required
