Your Role & Impact
As a Lead Electrical Estimator (HV Specialist), you will:
Lead and manage HV tenders, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and commercial excellence
Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Estimation Manager, Engineering & Operations teams
Represent the company in client meetings and high-level discussions
Develop and refine best-in-class estimation processes to drive efficiency and success
Mentor and support junior estimators, helping to build a high-performing team

What You’ll Bring
Experience: 7+ years in electrical estimation within the construction industry, with a focus on HV & MV systems
Tender Expertise: Proven track record working on tenders €7M+ within power generation, substations, and renewables
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HV substations, electrical standards, and Ireland/UK regulations
Leadership: Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing estimation team
Tech-Savvy: Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, estimation software, and project documentation
