Job Ad: Planner (UK)

Location: Berkshire or London, UK (with willingness to travel to the Netherlands for the odd day or two when required)

Deployment: 6 months (contract)

Start Date: Immediate (preferred)

About Our Client: Our client is a specialist in providing reliable power solutions, with a strong presence in the UK, Netherlands, and Dublin. They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for dedicated professionals to join their expanding team.

The Role: They are seeking a highly organized and experienced Planner to help set out and maintain project programs. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth project delivery and will involve collaborating closely with their Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project programs using software such as Microsoft Project, Aster, or Primavera.
• Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure program adherence and accurate reporting.
• Travel to the Netherlands as needed to meet with project teams and review programs (flights and hotel covered for travel).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally with a M&E bias and recent Data Center experience.
• Proficiency in project programming software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Aster, Primavera).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Netherlands for short durations (typically maximum two nights at a time).
