Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Projects (“Right Hand” Role)
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Travel: 20-30% (monthly site visits)
Package: $130k-$150k base + package (flexible for the right individual)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to step into a key “right hand” position, supporting the leadership of a growing data centre division. This role offers a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on project delivery, with responsibility across multiple edge data centre builds nationwide.
You will play a critical role in helping scale operations, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and consistently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the delivery of multiple edge data centre projects across the US
* Act as a key operational support to senior leadership
* Coordinate across sites, teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
* Support programme delivery across multiple concurrent projects
* Provide leadership and structure to help scale the division
* Ensure consistent standards across project execution

The Profile

* Strong background working with a General Contractor
* Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
* Exposure to hyperscale environments is advantageous
* Experience across the full project lifecycle (ground-up + MEP)
* A reliable, trusted operator who can take ownership and “split the load”
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
