    Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

    • Lead with Excellence: Oversee all quality aspects of our construction projects, ensuring every detail aligns with the Winthrop Integrated Management System and our high standards.
    • Audit and Inspect: Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to keep us on the path of perfection.
    • Quality Assurance Guru: Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and ensure that all subcontractors adhere to our top-notch quality standards.
    • Client Liaison: Work closely with clients and their quality assurance teams to resolve any potential issues swiftly and efficiently.
    • Guidance and Growth: Provide on-site staff with the guidance they need to achieve project goals and enhance overall quality.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within the construction sector, with hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, pharma, or data centre projects.
    • Qualifications: A BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
    • Leadership Skills: Experienced in managing teams, staffing, and scheduling.
    • Process-Driven: Focused on quality management systems and processes with a keen eye for detail.
