    Scheduler – Mission Critical

    Location – Multiple accross United States

    Salary – $100,000 – $150,000 + Great Benifits

    About the role

    The Scheduler will work closely with project teams to support the successful delivery of complex mission critical projects. This hands on position requires close coordination with estimating, design and construction functions to ensure the accurate lifecycle management of quantities, cost and schedule from initial planning through final completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain Critical Path Method CPM schedules including scenario modelling and incorporation of final strategic approach
    • Collect, analyse and apply historical and forecast data to support accurate planning and risk forecasting
    • Build a detailed understanding of project scope and contractual requirements
    • Support communication with client representatives to maintain strong relationships and address corrective actions where needed
    • Provide schedule delay and impact analysis to identify, quantify and mitigate project risk
    • Ensure project teams have full visibility of schedule risks and respond appropriately to potential delays
    • Provide oversight and guidance on contract notices, delays and schedule documentation requirements
    • Assist with project pursuits including fee proposals, RFP responses and presentation materials
    • Document schedule basis and assumptions in detailed narrative form for internal and external use
    • Perform monthly project schedule audits
    • Support and deliver training for Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling principles and efficient use of scheduling tools in the field
    • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and positive team culture

    Candidate profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline preferred
    • Typically 3 to 8 years relevant scheduling or project controls experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management
    • Proficient with document control and project software including Bluebeam, Procore and Microsoft Office
    • Competent user of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
    • Willing and able to travel or relocate to project locations based on business requirements
