Senior Commissioning Engineer – (Traveling)

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of high-tech manufacturing? A top commissioning (Cx) firm, is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to help develop a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing campus in Siler City, NC.

This position is a temporary relocation to Siler City for 8 months with the opportunity to be moved onto further projects after completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute commissioning tasks for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Validate on-site installations, conduct performance testing, and review design documentation.
• Collaborate with construction teams to solve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Mentor team members and support company-wide safety and training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HVACR, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in maintenance, construction, or engineering controls; 3+ years in Cx.
• Expertise in building equipment systems, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to travel to various job sites within the region.

Preferred: EIT, ACP, CEM certifications, OSHA 30, and experience with building information modeling.

Compensation package includes:

• Base Salary- $120K-$140K
• Signing bonus
• Retention Bonus (after 6 months)
• Per Diem: $3600 p/m
• Travel allowance: $600 p/m
