The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading data centre developer seeking an experienced Senior Project
Manager to take ownership of major capital construction projects.
This is a high-impact role managing full project lifecycle delivery-from preconstruction through
to commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects
* Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract execution
* Oversee general contractors and vendor performance
* Drive project reporting, risk management, and cost control
* Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams
* Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across all parties
* Manage change orders, invoicing, and financial tracking
* Oversee commissioning, documentation, and operational handover

What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years’ experience in construction project management
* Strong background delivering large, complex projects (data centres highly desirable)
* Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management
* Experience managing MEP-heavy infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with construction tools (e.g. scheduling, design, document control systems)
* Degree in Construction, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
