The position
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle. Your expertise will drive high-performance solutions and ensure the success of our mission-critical projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handle advanced electrical design tasks for distribution systems, equipment selection, and infrastructure layout.
- Lead design development using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Oversee project teams and ensure on-time project execution.
- Survey building conditions and prepare technical reports.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and punchlists.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and aligning project goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to policy, training, and process improvement efforts.
Could this role be for you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or working towards
- 8 -13+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Expertise in electrical systems for mission-critical facilities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be based in the Phoenix area with 25-50% local travel and up to 10% national travel
