A leading global market-leading contractor is actively seeking a CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in the Germany, with a huge pipeline of work globally. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.
The role
- As the CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a major role in the commercial delivery of brand-new hyperscale data centre projects in Germany.
- Responsible for managing all CSA commercial aspects including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide commercial oversight of CSA packages, managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives for safety, quality, and performance.
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager / Commercial Director, working closely with project delivery teams on site.
Could this role be for you?
- Senior Quantity Surveying experience of 8+ years within large-scale construction projects, ideally within the high-tech or mission-critical sector.
- Strong CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) background is essential.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects, preferably on hyperscale builds.
- Proven experience managing large CSA subcontract packages and complex contract structures.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, reporting, and commercial management processes.
