About the Role
A fast growing digital infrastructure developer is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support the expansion of its US data center portfolio. This role suits candidates with solid real estate or infrastructure experience who are ready to move into a more senior, strategic position.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and assess powered land and colocation opportunities across priority US markets.
- Review site feasibility including utilities, zoning, environmental factors, and permitting.
- Coordinate due diligence with internal engineering, design, and construction teams.
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, landowners, utilities, and colocation operators.
- Support commercial analysis and negotiation efforts for land and colocation agreements.
- Provide market insights and contribute to long‑term capacity planning.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, data centers, utilities, or industrial development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate large‑scale site viability.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging externally.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
