As a Development Project Manager you’ll be at the forefront of managing the design, preconstruction, and construction phases for high-profile projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
    What You’ll Do:

    • Take charge of multiple data center refurbishment projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders-contractors, engineers, designers, vendors, and operations teams-to bring cutting-edge data center projects to life.
    • Develop and present comprehensive project updates to executives, ensuring efficient decision-making.
    • Lead campus-wide development programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget accuracy, and top-notch quality.
    • Manage procurement, permitting, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
    • Build lasting relationships and represent company interests in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
    • Continuously enhance project management processes, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.

    What You’ll Bring to the Role:

    Essential:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with expertise in Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design-Build project delivery.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive presentations and Excel for budgeting.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%
    • Preferred:
    • MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
    • Experience delivering mission-critical data center facilities.
    • Strong knowledge of MEP trades and mission-critical systems.
