Project Engineer (Electrical)

Project Engineer (Electrical) – Northern Virginia – Summer 2026

Overview
We are hiring Electrical Project Engineers to support delivery of high-value data centre builds in Northern Virginia. This is a hands-on role working closely with site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing electrical scopes across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure installation aligns with drawings and specifications
• Manage RFIs, submittals and procurement tracking
• Monitor progress and support schedule adherence
• Assist QA/QC and support commissioning preparation
• Liaise with design, construction and commissioning teams

Requirements

• 2-5+ years’ experience in electrical construction
• Knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, cable management and backup systems
• Experience within mission-critical or large commercial projects advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
