Customer Implementation Program Manager
We’re partnering with a growing data centre platform who are building out their customer delivery team and are looking for an experienced Customer Implementation Program Manager. This is a key role in the business where you’ll be responsible for making sure customer deployments into their data centres run smoothly from start to finish.
The role
You’ll sit between the customer and the internal teams and take ownership of delivering complex infrastructure projects across multiple sites. This is a very cross-functional role where you’re pulling everything together to get customers live.
That includes:
- Managing the full lifecycle of customer implementations
- Acting as the main point of contact for the customer during delivery
- Coordinating across internal teams (engineering, operations, commercial)
- Keeping projects on track in terms of time, cost, and quality
What we’re looking for
- Around 5+ years’ experience in project or program management
- Background in: Data centres, Mission critical environments or complex technical / infrastructure projects
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (internal + client-facing)
- Experience with change control, risk management, structured delivery and working in a process-driven / regulated environment (ISO etc.)
- Strong communicator – able to deal with both technical teams and customers
