Regional Implementation Support
The Role
An established data centre operator is seeking a Regional Implementation Support professional to join its growing delivery team. This role supports the planning and coordination of customer infrastructure implementations across multiple data centre sites and is designed as a development pathway into a Customer Implementation Program Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of customer implementations across sites and countries
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, risks, and action tracking
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and IT to ensure aligned execution
- Prepare reporting, meeting materials, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Assist with structured handover to operations and ongoing tracking of implementation progress
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination, technical delivery, or operations within data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Basic understanding of data centre environments and infrastructure delivery
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent English; Nordic language skills are advantageous
