Regional Implementation Support

The Role

An established data centre operator is seeking a Regional Implementation Support professional to join its growing delivery team. This role supports the planning and coordination of customer infrastructure implementations across multiple data centre sites and is designed as a development pathway into a Customer Implementation Program Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of customer implementations across sites and countries
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, risks, and action tracking
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and IT to ensure aligned execution
• Prepare reporting, meeting materials, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Assist with structured handover to operations and ongoing tracking of implementation progress
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues as required

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination, technical delivery, or operations within data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Basic understanding of data centre environments and infrastructure delivery
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are advantageous
