About The Role:
- Support large or multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with project teams.
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate resources, track milestones, and manage project finances.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field staff.
- Implement lean construction principles and drive innovative solutions.
About You:
- 7-10+ years of experience managing mechanical or HVAC projects, preferably in an MEP firm.
- Strong understanding of building systems, design, and construction processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Financial acumen with experience forecasting and managing project budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with process piping, design/build, or IPD projects.
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and strategies.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel and stay at project sites during the week, with potential relocation support for the right candidate.
