About The Role:
- Lead multiple multidisciplinary commissioning teams throughout all project phases, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Serve as the owner’s or contractor’s on-site representative, managing critical system testing, validation, and turnover.
- Mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement through process enhancements and technology integration.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to enforce standards and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and AI solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and project performance.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems in mission-critical facilities.
- Proven leadership in managing large, complex projects and teams across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management software like Procore and digital/tracking platforms.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications such as NFPA 70E or OSHA.
- Experience with AI, data visualization tools, or digital construction platforms.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively (75-100%) across the U.S. and relocate if needed.
