About The Role:

• Lead multiple multidisciplinary commissioning teams throughout all project phases, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Serve as the owner’s or contractor’s on-site representative, managing critical system testing, validation, and turnover.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement through process enhancements and technology integration.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to enforce standards and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and AI solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and project performance.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems in mission-critical facilities.
• Proven leadership in managing large, complex projects and teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management software like Procore and digital/tracking platforms.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as NFPA 70E or OSHA.
• Experience with AI, data visualization tools, or digital construction platforms.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively (75-100%) across the U.S. and relocate if needed.
